This place suits me perfectly with its outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and express check-in. The staff helped me find local delivery options during my first stay. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Christmas!

It was just a good match for a weekend rest in Dubai with good value for money. Mustafa at the front desk was really helpful and allowed us to check out late. Make sure to ask for late checkout if needed.

The staff were incredibly warm, especially this guy who seemed to know everyone’s needs without even asking. like when my friend mentioned wanting ice in her drink, they had it ready before she even ordered! The room was spacious, had a stunning city view, and honestly felt like a home away from home.

I booked a three-bedroom apartment at Emirates Concord. Upon arrival, I found out they didn't have it ready, which was already a headache. Instead, they tried accommodating me with three rooms spread far apart. The next day, I confronted the manager, but instead of an apology, he claimed they only got the reservation the night before, despite my phone log proving otherwise. He promised compensation that never materialized. The kitchen in my apartment was stained, and the utensils were barely usable, with some missing completely. I spotted a couple of cockroaches, too. Though I paid for six guests, they only provided four towels and resisted giving more. The TVs didn’t work and after multiple requests, they finally got sorted. When I left, the bellboy refused to carry my bags to the car until I paid my bill first, which was frustrating. While the size of the apartment was nice and gave us space, the dated facilities and service were disappointing. My experience felt far from the hospitality one expects. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for those looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

I was impressed with the spacious two-bedroom apartment, fully equipped with a microwave and washing machine, which made our family stay very comfortable. The location is ideal, allowing us to easily explore Deira city and Dubai Creek. We enjoyed a very clean environment during our visit. some kitchen utensils were outdated and not sufficient for our needs.
